TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff is directed to comply with N.D.N.Y. Local Rules, Rule 9.2, Requirement to File a Civil RICO Statement, and also with General Order #14. The RICO statement is due within thirty (30) days of the filing of the Complaint. This statement shall conform to the format that the Court has adopted and shall be entitled RICO Statement. See General Order #14. Plaintiff is also again directed to file on the docket an affidavit of service within 5 days of completion of service on each Defendant. See G.O. 25 FILING ORDER. Service of process must be completed on each Defendant within 60 days of filing of the complaint. See G.O. 25 FILING ORDER. All parties are again directed to include with each filing an affidavit of service demonstrating that they have mailed to each pro se party their filing since a pro se party will not receive CMECF filings otherwise. TEXT ORDER: The Rule 16 Initial Conference scheduled for 1/6/2027 is RE-SCHEDULED for 11/4/2026 at 2:30 p.m., and will be held IN PERSON in Binghamton, New York before Magistrate Judge Miroslav Lovric. IN PERSON appearances are required. The Civil Case Management Plan must be filed and Mandatory Disclosures are to be exchanged by the parties on or before 10/28/2026. Pursuant to Local Rule 26.2, mandatory disclosures are to be exchanged among the parties but are NOT to be filed with the Court.
