ORDER re 17 : Before the Court is the parties' amended Stipulated Confidentiality and Protective Order. The parties are directed to submit a revised proposed order. Paragraph 8 must be revised to reflect that any party seeking to file documents under seal must first make a motion for leave to e-file sealed documents pursuant to the Steps for E-filing Sealed Documents located on the Eastern District of New York homepage. In addition, the agreement must make clear that non-parties will be required to sign the Confidentiality Order before it can be made applicable to them.
