Final Pre-Trial Conference is rescheduled for December 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 500; it is further ORDERED that, except as amended by this Order, all other directives in the Initial Scheduling Order (Dkt. 17) and Rule 16(b) Scheduling Order (Dkt. 22) still control; and it is further ORDERED no status conference shall be held as requested by Defendant in their Notice to the Court.
