ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION AND DISMISSING ACTION PURSUANT TO FED. R. CIV. P. 41(b). This action was referred to Magistrate Judge Kezia O. L. Taylor for the conduct of pretrial proceedings and the making of reports and recommendations. Upon consideration by the Magistrate Judge of the matters before her, she issued a Report and Recommendation ("R&R") that the action be dismissed for lack of prosecution, after the Plaintiff was given numerous opportunities over a considerable period of time to file an amended complaint and to take other actions in accordance with the Orders of the Court. The time for the filing of Objections to the R&R has expired and none have been filed. The undersigned has nonetheless carefully considered all matters of record and the R&R and concludes that it is in accord with applicable law and reaches the correct outcome, and it is adopted as the Opinion of the Court.
