Defendant is not required to respond to Plaintiff's motion for sanctions filed on July 6, 2026 (ECF No. 37 ). Plaintiff is instructed not to file duplicative motions and requests, which wastes limited judicial resources. Plaintiff must wait for the Court to address and resolve Plaintiff's pending motions and requests. If Plaintiff continues to file duplicative motions and requests, Plaintiff is warned that duplicative filings will be disregarded and that sanctions may issue. IT IS SO ORDERED.
