Order on Motion to Compel
ORDER that the motion to compel arbitration (D.E. 12 ) is GRANTED, and this case is STAYED pending completion of the arbitration. The Parties are ORDERED to notify the Court within 14 days of the conclusion of the arbitration or any settlement of this matter. The notice shall specify what further action, if any, the parties contend is required by the Court, including whether the case should be dismissed or reopened for further proceedings. Until the arbitration is concluded or the stay otherwise remains in place, the parties shall file a joint status report every four months advising the Court of the status of the arbitration. Absent a motion to extend the stay filed no later than April 9, 2027, the case will be dismissed without prejudice, without further notice. Signed by District Judge DAVID A. BRAGDON on 7/09/2026.
