The clerk of the court is ordered to administratively close this case, provided that Guardian shall have the right to reopen the case by following the procedures set forth in the Settlement Agreement if Guardian reasonably believes that Mr. Ungermann is violating the Consent Injunction or Settlement Agreement. If Mr. Ungermann complies with this Consent Injunction and his obligations in the Settlement Agreement, on or before May 28, 2030, Guardian will file a motion to dismiss the case with prejudice.
