TEXT ORDER: Status conference held. For the reasons stated on the record, Plaintiff's Motion to Compel, (Dkt. No. 26 ), is hereby GRANTED in part and DENIED without prejudice in part. Defendant is hereby ORDERED to produce within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order the following: (1) all organizational-chart information for the Breast Programs Department; (2) revised responses to Plaintiff's first set of interrogatories; (3) all communications between Plaintiff and Ms. Jean Stennett from April 2024 to June 2024 concerning Plaintiff's leave of absence and possible return to work; (4) all job postings for positions filled after Plaintiff's termination from June 17, 2024, to December 31, 2024; and (5) all information sufficient to identify the individuals that assumed Plaintiff's former duties and the duties assumed. The Court DENIES without prejudice Plaintiff's request for an order compelling production of organizational-chart information for the entire Oncology Services Department, documents concerning staffing shortages, and pre-suit demand letters from January 2021 to the present concerning discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and FMLA-related complaints.
