MINUTE ENTRY AND ORDER: A Pre-Motion Conference was held before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo on October 1, 2026, by telephone. Joel Abbott Wertheimer, Esq. appeared on behalf of Plaintiff. Janissia Orgill Nelson, Esq. appeared for Defendants City of New York and Annise Kelly ("City of New York Defendants"). Colleen Buckley, Esq. appeared for Defendants Maimonides Medical Center and Natasha Jouk ("Maimonides Defendants").
The Court granted the City of New York Defendants' request for leave to file a motion to dismiss. Maimonides Defendants' unopposed oral request for leave to file a motion for judgment on the pleadings was also granted.
City of New York Defendants are directed to serve their motion to dismiss by November 18, 2026. Plaintiff is directed to serve its opposition brief by December 23, 2026. Any reply must be served by January 8, 2027.

As a courtesy to the Court, the parties are to file their motion papers only when the motions are fully briefed. The motions and all supporting papers are to be served on the other parties along with a cover letter setting forth whom the movant represents and the papers being served. Only a copy of the cover letter should be filed electronically, as a letter, not as a motion. On the day the motions are each fully briefed, the parties shall electronically file their respective motion papers in chronological order.
In light of the parties' dispositive motion practice, discovery is stayed and the deadline to file a joint discovery plan is adjourned sine die.
