The deadline for the parties to complete court-enforceable discovery is EXTENDED to and including September 18, 2026, the deadline for the completion of mediation is EXTENDED to and including September 25, 2026, and the deadline for the parties to file dispositive motions, if any, is EXTENDED to and including October 2, 2026. All other provisions of the Pretrial Order and Case Management Plan, including the February 1, 2027 trial setting, remain in effect. So Ordered. Entered by US Magistrate Judge W.
