PROCEEDINGS:
The Court held a status conference in view of the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Dkt. 111) filed by counsel for Plaintiff. All counsel are ordered to send a joint email to Cowan_Wright_Chambers@mnd.uscourts.gov listing their availability for a hearing on the Motion to Withdraw beginning at least 37 days from the date of this Minute Entry. The Court will issue an Order setting the hearing on the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, which will be held by Zoom for Government. Once that Order issues, Plaintiffs counsel are ordered to serve the Order on Plaintiff and file a Certificate of Service showing they have done so. The Court will set a deadline for summary judgment and other dispositive motions at the conclusion of the hearing on the Motion to Withdraw.
