Case Management Conference Plan/Order
Case Management Plan and Scheduling Order: The Court enters the following Case Management Order: Standard Track. Case not referred to ADR at this time. Parties do not consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate Judge. The parties agree that the Court should enter a protective order in this case. The parties agree to follow the form protective order found in Appendix L to the Local Rules with no modifications, which the Court will enter by separate order. Further, the parties agree to follow the default standard for discovery of electronically stored information found in Appendix K to the Local Rules. The schedule is as follows: Deadline to amend pleadings or add additional parties: July 1, 2026. Deadline to serve written discovery: July 20, 2026. Deadline to serve third-party subpoenas (only for known third parties): July 20, 2026. Motions directed to pleadings: August 1, 2026. Additionally, the Court directed the parties to work toward the other proposed deadlines in their Rule 26(f) report. The next status conference is scheduled for October 2, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. by Zoom.
