ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE : As for Plaintiff specifically, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff, on or before September 16, 2026, shall file a letter showing cause why she should not be sanctioned for once again failing to comply with this Court's Orders and her failure to fulfill her discovery obligations. As noted, Plaintiff has failed to comply with this Court's Order at ECF No. 65 that she show cause why she should not be sanctioned for failure to comply with this Court's Order at ECF No. 62 and her discovery obligations generally. In her letter, Plaintiff must certify that, by close of business on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, she has provided all the discovery that she was ordered to provide by September 9, 2026 as detailed in this Court's Order at ECF No. 65. This is Plaintiff's final warning. Plaintiff has consistently failed to comply with a series of this Court's Orders, her discovery obligations, and her obligations as a litigant generally under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules, and this Court's Individual Rules. REPORT OF RULE 26(f) CONFERENCE AND CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN:All fact discovery must be completed by November 10, 2027. Last date to amend any pleading pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a) is February 28, 2027. Expert discovery shall be completed by March 2, 2028. The parties anticipate that the trial of this case will require 10 days. Amended Pleadings due by 2/28/2027. Motions due by 2/28/2027. Fact Discovery due by 11/10/2027. Expert Discovery due by 3/2/2028. Discovery due by 3/2/2028. SO ORDERED. No mediation will be required at this time.
