Plaintiff also recently filed a "Notice," stating his intent to separate his various claims "into distinct legal matters." ECF No. 17.This Court informs Plaintiff that if he wishes to separate or otherwise change the claims or parties within his complaint, he must file a second amended complaint with those changes. The second amended complaint should comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 20(a)(2), which governs permissive joinder of defendants. If Plaintiff wishes to file a second amended complaint, he must do so by 8/6/2026. If he fails to do so by that date, this Court will screen his first amended complaint as originally filed at ECF No. 7. (no image attached) (Copies have been distributed pursuant to the NEF - MAD)
