Having considered the parties' Stipulation, and this being the parties' first requested modification of the schedule, the court finds good cause to MODIFY the Scheduling Order as follows: Fact discovery shall be completed by 4/15/2027; Expert disclosures shall be completed by 5/17/2027; Rebuttal expert disclosures shall be completed by 6/16/2027; Expert discovery shall be completed by 7/16/2027; All motions, except for motions for continuances, temporary restraining orders or other emergency applications shall be filed no later than 9/16/2027 and be noticed for hearing on a date that is listed on Judge Coggins's webpage and is no more than 60 days after the filing of the motion.
