In light of the transfer from the Middle District of Tennessee on 3/24/2026, the Court will terminate all pending motions with leave to refile any motions that the parties believe are not moot and still need to be addressed by this Court. All such motions (along with any accompanying supporting or oppositional briefing) must be refiled within thirty (30) days of this Order, July 24, 2026. Additionally, the parties should meet and confer on what motions are outstanding and file a joint status update with the Court within fourteen (14) days of this Order.
