 Based on the foregoing, the Court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART Plaintiff's Third Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint (ECF No. 119 ). The Court GRANTS Plaintiff leave to assert the following claims: (1) breach of contract against Defendants QMC and QUMG; (2) tortious interference with contractual relations against Defendants QMC and QUMG; (3) tortious interference with prospective economic advantage against Defendants QMC and QUMG; and (4) termination in violation of public policy against Defendants QMC and QUMG. The Court DENIES the Third Motion in all other respects.  Plaintiff must file the second amended complaint by September 11, 2026. The Court DIRECTS Plaintiff to file a clean copy of the second amended complaint AND the second amended complaint in redline format, which must indicate in every respect how the second amended pleading differs from the First Amended Complaint. Plaintiff must file these documents as separate entries on the docket.
