EO: ORDER REGARDING DEFENDANT ALOHACARE'S MOTION TO DISMISS FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT FILED NOVEMBER 21, 2025 [DKT. 5]
  The operative pleading in this case is pro se Plaintiff Alice K. Namakaeha-Fifita's ("Plaintiff") First Amended Complaint, filed on November 21, 2025, as supplemented by Plaintiff's November 24, 2025 filing. [Dkt. nos. 5, 6.] A Proof of Service was filed on August 6, 2026, indicating that "Aloha Care" was served on August 4, 2026. [Dkt. no. 68.] On September 9, 2026, Defendant AlohaCare filed an answer to the First Amended Complaint. [Dkt. no. 78.]
  On October 1, 2026, AlohaCare filed a motion to dismiss the First Amended Complaint ("AlohaCare Motion"). [Dkt. no. 104.] Five other motions to dismiss the First Amended Complaint were filed in July 2026 are currently pending ("July 2026 Motions"). [Dkt. nos. 44, 46, 49, 50, 51.] This Court INFORMS the parties that it will reserve setting a briefing schedule for the AlohaCare Motion and will not rule on that motion until the July 2026 Motions have been ruled upon.
  In other words, it is not necessary for Plaintiff to file a response to the AlohaCare Motion at this time. After this Court rules on the July 2026 Motions, this Court will issue a briefing schedule for the AlohaCare Motion.
  Plaintiff's deadline to respond to the July 2026 Motions remains October 2, 2026. Plaintiff may choose to file one consolidated memorandum in opposition to all of the July 2026 Motions, or she may choose to file a separate memorandum in opposition to each of the July 2026 Motions.
  The defendants' deadline to file an optional reply in support of their respective July 2026 Motion remains October 16, 2026.
