ORDER by Judge Claire V Eagan - Plaintiff's motion to reconsider (Dkt. # 6) is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiff is permitted to file and maintain this action to conclusion without prepayment of fees and costs. Plaintiff is denied appointment of counsel. Within thirty (30) days of the entry of this order, or by November 2, 2026, plaintiff shall submit one completed summons, one completed U.S. Marshal Service form (form USM-285), and one copy of the complaint for service on the defendant named in the complaint. The Clerk of Court shall send plaintiff one blank summons and one blank USM-285 form for plaintiff's use in complying with this order. Plaintiff's address is set forth in the complaint (Dkt. # 1).
