Docket Text ORDER: Before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion to Stay Case. Doc. 78. The parties indicate that this matter is "virtually identical" to an earlier-filed case in the Western District of Missouri, see Agri-Genesis v. Am. Shaman Ecommerce, No. 4:26-CV-52-SRB, which is currently on appeal after that court granted motions to dismiss that disposed of the entire action, Doc. 78 5-6. For the reasons stated, and after independently considering the stay factors, the Court GRANTS the parties' 78 Joint Motion to Stay Case. The parties must jointly and promptly notify the Court when the Agri-Genesis appeal is decided or of any other developments that could impact this case. Signed by District Judge Zachary M.
