ORDER granting the parties' 56 Joint MOTION for Englargement of Time to Complete Discovery and to Re-engage Mediator, as set forth in the attached Order. The parties shall complete all fact discovery on or before 11/9/2026. Plaintiffs shall submit expert disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2) on or before 12/7/2026, and Defendants shall submit expert disclosures on or before 1/11/2027. All expert discovery, including depositions, shall be completed on or before 2/8/2027. No additional extensions will be granted. It is further ordered that the settlement conference currently scheduled for 12/18/2026, hereby is CANCELED. On or before 3/1/2027, the parties shall file a joint status report regarding their mediation before David B. White. In the meantime, this case will be marked CLOSED. This closure is a docket control device that does not affect the substantive rights of any party. Upon the parties' next filing, and as appropriate, the Court will reopen the case.
