Memorandum Opinion of the Court
MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT: Pending before the Court in this pro se civil rights action are several dispositive motions: 1) second motion to dismiss of Defendants Tennessee Department of Children's Services and Deborah Diaz (Doc. No. 50 ); 2) motion to dismiss of Defendant Avertest (Doc. No. 52 ); 3) motion to dismiss of Defendant Metro Nashville Police Department (Doc. No. 54 ); 4) motion for judgment on the pleadings by Defendant Vanderbilt University Medical Center (Doc. No. 61 ); 5) motion for judgment on the pleadings of Defendant Amber Dillehay (Doc. No. 63 ); and, 6) motion of Plaintiff for summary judgment (Doc. No. 104 ).
