Vertex has not proven that Lupin's ANDA product infringes claim 11 of the '046 patent. 5. No later than September 7, 2026, the parties shall confer and submit a proposed order consistent with the Opinion to enter final judgment FOR Lupin and AGAINST Vertex on all claims (see full Order for details).
