Final Pretrial Conference set for 7/13/2026 is CONTINUED to 7/14/2026 at 9:00 AM. This proceeding will be held via videoconference only before Judge Edward J. Davila.
Court Appearances: Advanced notice is required of any counsel or party who wishes to appear remotely and be identified by the court as making an appearance at the hearing. A list of names and emails, and indicating main speaker and party represented, must be sent to the Courtroom Deputy no later than 9:00 AM on 7/10/2026.
A link to the zoom conference can be found at the Judge's web page at https://www.cand.uscourts.gov/judges/ejd/davila-edward-j/. Only Counsel who have emailed the Courtroom Deputy indicating their desire to appear remotely will be admitted into the Zoom meeting.
General Order 58. Persons granted access to court proceedings held by telephone or videoconference are reminded that photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings, including screenshots or other visual copying of a hearing, is absolutely prohibited.
