ORDER granting 124 Letter Motion for Conference. A conference concerning the discovery disputes and accompanying extension request outlined in Doc. 124 is scheduled for July 22, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. The conference will be held in-person in Courtroom 520 of the White Plains courthouse. Between the date of this Order and the discovery conference, the Parties shall meet and confer concerning the outstanding discovery disputes. If such disputes are resolved, the Parties are directed to file a joint letter notifying the Court. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to terminate the letter motion pending at Doc. 124.
