ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE PENDING STAY by District Judge Margaret I. Strickland.
THIS MATTER is before the Court on a sua sponte review of the record. On May 8 and 13, 2026, Defendants CHS TX, Inc., Corizon Health of New Mexico LLC, and YesCare Corp. ("Debtor Defendants") petitioned for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the United States Code. See ECF Nos. 229 , 231 . Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. sec. 362(a), the bankruptcy petitions automatically stayed this case as to the Debtor Defendants while the bankruptcy proceedings are pending. On September 22, 2026, United States Magistrate Judge Damian L. Martinez issued an Order staying the case as to the remaining Defendant, Natasha Bustamante, pursuant to the Court's inherent case management authority. ECF No. 243 . Now that the case is stayed as to all remaining Defendants, it is HEREBY ORDERED that all pending motions are DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE and this case is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED pending the stay. After the stay is lifted, the Parties may refile their motions, if appropriate.
