Order of Dismissal or Administrative Closure
ORDER Administratively Closing Case: The Court is in receipt of the plaintiff's status report addressing the progress of this matter, including the status of the marketing and sale process and the administration of the Receivership Estate. See Dkt. No. 101. Based on the plaintiff's status report, it appears that the Receiver and Broker are taking proactive steps to market and sell the Receivership Property and manage the Receivership Estate. Based on the current stage of the litigation and the inability to contact the defendant, the Court concludes that administrative closure is appropriate. To that end, the parties are directed to seek appropriate relief from the Court once contact with the defendant has been restored and the parties are ready to finalize the disposition of the Receivership Property.
