MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta on 8/4/2026: The Court construes Plaintiff's Opposition to Plaintiff's Counsel's Motion to Withdraw (ECF No. 485 ), in which Plaintiff indicates that further discovery may be necessary, as a motion regarding discovery. The Court thus REFERS the motion for discovery, as well as Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application for Order Staying Discovery (ECF No. 483 ), to the assigned Magistrate Judge for resolution. The Magistrate Judge shall have the authority to modify the Scheduling Order (ECF No. 475 ) as appropriate. Once Plaintiff's motions for discovery are resolved, the Court will resolve Plaintiff's Counsel's Motion to Withdraw. As such, the hearing on the Motion to Withdraw, set for September 10, 2026, is VACATED. The Court may reset the Motion to Withdraw for hearing at a later date if it determines it is necessary.
