Ex-BoA Banker's Injury Fight Can Continue In England

Law360, London (April 30, 2021, 3:03 PM BST) -- A London judge on Friday paved the way for an ex-Bank of America banker to resume his English lawsuit against the insurer of a taxi that knocked him down in Munich after a German court said he had filed his claim first. 

Master Richard Davison said he would no longer stand in the way of former BoA Merrill Lynch commodities broker Paul Jamieson bringing a case against insurer Württembergische Versicherung AG and BoA that has been tied up in a cross-border legal quagmire for more than two years.
