SFO Trims Bribery Probe Into Rolls-Royce Employees
Law360 (January 7, 2019, 4:56 PM EST) -- The U.K.'s Serious Fraud Office said Monday that it's no longer investigating several former Rolls-Royce employees in connection with a worldwide scheme to bribe government officials, though some individuals are still being probed.
The identities of those notified that they are no longer under investigation were not revealed by the SFO, and those still under investigation were likewise not disclosed.
"Some individuals were notified that they are no longer suspects in the Rolls-Royce investigation," a spokesperson for the fraud and corruption watchdog said. "The investigation continues in relation to a number of individuals."
