Law360 (January 30, 2019, 3:14 PM EST) -- New York City-based real estate developer Rockefeller Group on Wednesday said it has sold a nearly 407,000-square-foot industrial building in California to private equity giant KKR for $43.5 million.
Rockefeller, a subsidiary of Japanese developer Mitsubishi Estate Co. The previous sale was inked when Ferguson Enterprises bought a 1.04-million-square-foot distribution building in September, the same month construction on the logistics center was finished.
