Chubb Urges Justices To Let $400M Suit Go Ahead In Russia

Law360, London (July 27, 2020, 6:33 PM BST) -- Chubb should be allowed to pursue a $400 million suit over a power plant fire in Moscow because the parties agreed that the contract at the heart of the case would be governed by Russian law, its lawyer told the U.K.'s top court Monday.
