Egyptian Court Rejects 'Ever Given' Confiscation Appeal

Law360, London (May 24, 2021, 1:20 PM BST) -- An Egyptian court has rebuffed a legal effort to secure the release of the Ever Given, a giant container ship confiscated by port authorities after running aground and blocking the Suez Canal in March, according to the vessel's insurer.
