Legal Watchdog Details Plan To Amp Up Professional Training

The LSB, the umbrella legal services regulator for England and Wales, laid out its policy on continuing professional legal education after consumer research it conducted found that 95% of people said attorneys should have to demonstrate their competence throughout their career.
