Energy Future Holdings Corp. told the Delaware bankruptcy court Thursday that it envisions a four-day Chapter 11 plan confirmation hearing in February as it steams toward the potential exit of its nearly 4-year-old case, but the power giant still must clear significant hurdles before it can finally claim victory, the case history shows.
