Ex-SEC Enforcement Co-Chief To Rejoin Sullivan & Cromwell

Law360 (September 24, 2020, 10:16 PM EDT) -- Steven Peikin, most recently co-director of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's enforcement division, will return to his former firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP on Nov. 2 as the head of its securities and commodities investigations and enforcement practice.

While it's difficult to replicate the "breadth and variety" of his work at the SEC, Peikin told Law360 on Thursday that he looks forward to heading up the new team at Sullivan & Cromwell, where he previously worked beginning in 2004 until he joined the SEC in 2017.
